  • In our classes you will have your won reformer, a choice f either a Ski Erg or Bike Erg, flex bands and a wide choice of dumbbells. In our classes, you'll experience the perfect blend of strength-building slow controlled movements, activating slow-twitch muscle fibres for endurance, along with quick bursts of motion to engage fast-twitch fibres, promoting speed and power. And when you add in cardio HIIT training with ski-erg or bike-erg you get a one-of-a-kind, challenging workout experience.
